Bear Lake Vacation Part 1 of 3

Every year Brad's Grandma and Grandpa rent a beach house and a couple condos at Ideal Beach at Bear Lake for all of our family. Yes, we are seriously lucky ducks! We got to spend most of last week up there enjoying the lake and the fanstastic company!
Jason has really come along way considering he was terrified to even look at water at the beginning of the summer. He walked out with Brad into the cold lake until it was past his waist. Nearly every day the kids wanted to wade out and touch that ball. Here is Janelle and my cute nephew Kade. Jason, Adam and Parker playing on the sand. Jason ate a little sand, but his life jacket was a much better alternative. The "bigger kids" (meaning the 3 and 4 year olds) brought their bikes to ride around. We brought our little horsey for Jas and I really wish I had taken a photo. He put his little legs up so we could just push him and he could cruise down the hills. It was hillarious! The kids loved playing on the playground!
(Kenzie, Kim, Jason, Kade, Jake, Jackie, Isaac, Isabelle, Courtney and Parker) GG, Christian and Brad just relaxing and watching the kids swing.
Jason and Isaac loved to hang on this bar.
Belle and Parker on the slides.
Uncle Eric is great with the kids. He mesmerized them with magic tricks and made Parker and Arkady laugh hysterically with his rides and wrestling.
Nearly every night we played Mafia. This year we introduced a new character, the "nurse" who can save someone from the Mafia. It made the game even more fun. One night Brad, Eric, Jake and Jackie tricked everyone with an amazing game. Brad had been killed, but saved by the nurse. He turned out to be Mafia, but no one suspected, because of his near death. It was a set up, but definitely fooled everyone! Here are some of us while playing. (Jenna, Jake, Steffie, Christian, Courtney, GG, Grandma, Jackie, Jen, Baby Will, Kenzie, Kim, Courts, Janelle and Chase)

Stay tuned for more of our fun up at Bear Lake!

Mafia is one of my all time favorite games. I have never heard of having a nurse though. Sounds like a ball. How do you play with all the kids around?

Cute pictures... I'm so glad we were able to spend a whole week with you guys! Mafia was the best it's ever been this year! I'm surprised the kids didn't wake up though with all the noise we were making! :)
