Liesel is Growing Older, but not Bigger

That actually isn't true. Liesel is growing bigger as well, but she is very petite. At her 9 month check-up (mid-June) she was in the 20% for height, but only the 3% for weight. She weighed only 15 lbs. 4 oz., which is very light for a nine month old. We've been trying to fortify her meals to help her gain weight faster, or "chunkify her" as Brad says. The doctor isn't actually worried about it at all. She'll just have to stay backwards in her car seat until she's heavy enough.

Even though she's small, she still is doing the things 10 1/2 month old babies do. She crawls around very quickly and pulls herself up on things. She is strong enough to pull herself up, but not very stable yet. She eats some table foods, but is still eating a lot of baby foods as well.

Little Liesel Grace is still just as pleasant as can be. I don't know how we are lucky enough to have such a delightful little girl in our family, but I am very grateful.
