On Wednesday morning Brad came back down and met us over at Kristie's for breakfast. These first three photos were actually taken the previous day, but I'm including them anyway.

After breakfast, most of the teenage girls took the kids over to the church pavilion for crafts and games and the rest of us started working in Grandma's basement. I worked with the group cleaning out and organizing the storage room.

Brad helped finish a spare bedroom and computer room. We didn't brink proper clothes-oops. That's okay, now Brad has a stylin' paint shirt.

We were so grateful for the opportunity to serve. We're thankful we could help! I finished up a little before Brad, so Liesel played with Abby while I visited with Katherine, Kaiti, Hailey and Mandy.

After cleaning up we met back over at Kristie's. Liesel napped on Brad while we watched Megamind.

We had a delicious dinner and visited outside in the nice weather.

All of the kids love Liesel and played with her a lot.

Later on we came inside and Grandma read us some letters that had been written to Grandpa. He had served as a district leader in the MTC and also as a stake patriarch. It was wonderful to learn more about him. (He passed away in January 1996, so I never had the chance to meet him.)

Afterwards we played Mafia. Parker played on Connor's team. They were the mafia and Parker never let on. Way to play Parker!

It is so much fun to be together with family!

As a finale to the evening we had some barbecue-roasted s'mores.

Connor enjoying his s'more.
