Party Night at Petco

On Friday night Brad went camping with the scouts. He had a great time eating a tin foil dinner with "wolf 'ems" for dessert. I'm sure he'd love to tell you all about them and the fun he had with the deacons.

I, however, will tell you about the fun we had while he was away. My sister Angie came up to sleep over. We had a great time the whole time she was here, but I'll just share a few hours with you. We headed to one of Parker's favorite places: Petco. We are not getting a pet anytime soon, so Parker has to content himself with the animals at his grandparents' homes and the occasional visit to the pet store.

Parker was really excited about the turtles. They were actually really active jumping into the water from the rocks and swimming wildly around.

Of course we had to point out the "Nemo" fish.

Here is a small sample of the animals we saw. We also enjoyed cats, dogs, many types of rodents, several more birds, tons of fish and more.
