The Boys' "Vacation" with their Grandparents

The Sunday that Liesel was born was also the Primary Program at church. Brad and I had gone to the dress rehearsal, but both sets of grandparents and GG took the boys to church that Sunday. We were told that Parker sang his little heart out during the program. When it was his turn to give his part, he went to the microphone, told the leader he didn't need help and gave his part in a loud clear voice. I'm so glad, because we practiced every day and he was prompted during the practice. His part was to say, "In the Spring of 1820, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ appeared to Joseph Smith."

After church they ate lunch at our house and then came to the hospital to meet new little Liesel Grace. Brad's parents took them home and they slept over that night. Then they went to my parents for Monday night. On Monday morning Brad's parents and sister Jackie took the kids to the zoo. They had so much fun!

I love this close-up view of the tiger!

Fun on the carousel Parker and his cousin Isabelle are such great friends! We love Aunt Jax!
Of course all the kids love watching the animals
Isabelle, Isaac, Parker and Jason (Too bad the youngest both have injuries.)
I don't have photos, but the boys enjoyed themselves with my parents and their Uncle Ben as well. Parker convinced them to play some Monopoly and they got to visit with Grandma Ipson as well.

Thanks so much to our wonderful family for loving our kids as much as we do!
