The kids and I really enjoyed celebrating these wonderful men on Father's Day. We started off the day making breakfast for Brad. Parker sung his heart out in church with the Primary children. They sang "My Dad" and "Daddy's Homecoming" they sang the second song twice once modifying it to be "Grandpa's Homecoming". It was super-cute of course. The last few minutes of church we ate pie to celebrate all of the men. When we got home the kids gave Daddy their cards and gifts. Impromptu they started singing, "Happy Father's Day to You". The boys were so excited to show Dad their gifts.
We went to Grandpa Carlson's and celebrated with most of the extended family. Afterwards we went to my parents'. My cousin Greg and his wife Angela were in town from Wisconsin and my Uncle Alan was visiting from Oregon. It was so fun to catch up with them!
