Visiting Cousins and the Las Vegas Natural History Museum

We were in Las Vegas the week before Easter, so we went to an egg hunt with my sister Julie and her kids.  Here is Liesel running to some eggs.

Liesel really enjoyed it this year!

Afterwards we went to the Natural History Museum.  The kids liked seeing the taxidermy animals.
They also liked all of the dinosaur exhibits.

This aquarium had a pretty cool viewer from underneath.

Elise was a good sport and hung out happily in her stroller.

The kids also liked seeing the rocks and minerals, especially the ones that sparkled or glowed under a black light.

They had a very impressive Egyptian exhibit.
They had a copy of King Tut's tomb and other artifacts, including this mummy.  When you moved the top slider, it showed an x-ray view of the mummy.

We had fun!
